General Information

Infegy uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary software, networking and some related technologies required to run Infegy. Although Infegy owns the hardware, systems, code, databases, and all rights to the Infegy application, you retain all rights to your data.

Disclosure

Infegy may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.

Changes

Infegy may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the Site. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
