Infegy, an industry-leading SaaS data analytics company that translates billions of consumer voices into actionable intelligence, is seeking a driven and collaborative Head of Marketing with SaaS experience to join our rapidly growing team. Located in the heart of the Crossroads District in Kansas City, Infegy has been named an Ingram's Best Place to Work for three consecutive years.

This Head of Marketing will essentially re-envision and re-build our marketing efforts from the ground up. This is an opportunity to create our marketing strategy and then build, lead, and oversee our Marketing team, contractors, and agency to execute the strategy. This position will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and will collaborate deeply with the Head of Sales, Head of Client Success, and other executives within the company to generate new business opportunities and raise brand awareness within the enterprise, ad agencies, and market research firm industries.

Responsibilities

• Learn and grow: Deeply learn Infegy’s products, services, competition, and differentiators. Work to improve and grow yourself, your team, and your colleagues every day to help us to earn new business and continue our rapid growth. Develop a deep understanding of Infegy’s target audience segments, target personas, and their needs across planning, campaign measurement, and execution
• Collaborate: Work with internal Sales teams on outbound and inbound marketing efforts, relevant content, and communications for our target audience and prospect personas
• Create: Oversee the creation, development, execution, and management of all marketing strategies and efforts across all digital and other channels (eg. outbound, inbound, content, media, industry relations, etc.) to drive client and revenue growth
• Cultivate: Grow and develop a high-performance, creative, data-driven, and effective Marketing team that thrives on a fun and fast-paced work environment to drive rapid company growth

About You

• A minimum of 5 to 7 years experience in digital SaaS marketing, preferably in the advertising, analytics, or marketing research space
• Growth Marketer with experience in:
         - Digital lead generation and scoring
  
         - Messaging and content (blog, social, video, and email)
         - Website and social media presence management
         - Paid/unpaid SEOSales Enablement and collateral development
         - PR/Media/Analyst relations
• Highly adept at CRM and marketing automation platforms to design, execute, measure and manage marketing activities. Existing expertise in Hubspot is a huge positive
• Proven track record of creating, executing, and measuring highly successful integrated demand generation campaigns within B2B markets across digital, social, and media
• Exceptional team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and across multiple business units to achieve and exceed personal, team, and company goals
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• BA or BS degree in Marketing or Business (or equivalent industry experience)
