Digital Designer

Infegy, an industry-leading SaaS data analytics company that translates billions of consumer voices into actionable intelligence, is seeking a driven and collaborative Digital Designer to join our rapidly growing team. The Digital Designer plays a key role in the Marketing team and will ultimately be responsible for our brand and visual identity and strategy. You will lead our efforts in conceptualizing, designing, developing, and implementing our corporate and marketing materials for customers, prospects and internal employees. This role requires strong creativity, organization, communication, collaboration, project management and time management skills with internal and external parties. This position reports to the Director of Marketing.

• Ideate concepts and execute on forward-thinking digital designs that are unique and distinct to our vision and identity
• Conceptualize, develop, and design all corporate digital marketing materials including corporate templates and brand style guides
• Develop and design layouts for digital corporate, sales and marketing collateral; marketing websites; social platforms and other digital media
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure creative direction and brand consistency
• Provide creative leadership on all items relevant to digital design, and receive critique to help constantly refine and push our work
• Implement UI elements to internal systems, marketing websites and landing pages
• Build collaborative working relationships to effectively navigate internal needs and challenges
• Work alongside team members to execute marketing campaigns
• Optimize assets to support the customer’s journey in every stage in the funnel to drive company revenue and other essential performance metrics
• Keep up to date with visual trends and further your knowledge in the responsibilities you are given
• Ensure all work meets general accessibility standards such as appropriate contrast ratio and text size
• Understand limitations with web or coding and find smart solutions to work around them or use those limitations to our advantage
• Report on the current statuses of, design asset creation and overall visual strategy to internal teams and stakeholders
• Recruit and manage external graphic designers and other visual contributors to maintain and enhance our digital presence on an as needed basis

About You

• Bachelor’s degree required or 3-5 years of professional design experience, specifically within the digital realm. Corporate and agency experience is preferred
• An excellent graphics portfolio that exemplifies strong visual design with a clean aesthetic and a focus on tailoring the customer experience
• Experience confidently presenting and defending your design work to a variety of stakeholders
• Experience collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams in order to achieve overall Marketing and business goals
• Working knowledge of:
       - Adobe Creative Suite
       - Microsoft Office
       - Google Suite
       - HTML/CSS/Javascript
       - Motion graphics experience is a plus
• Excellent project management and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize to meet tight deadlines
• Self-starting, positive attitude with the ability to work independently and find creative solutions to problems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, flexible team environment
