Justin Graves, CEO
Justin has a strong development background originally in the gaming industry, having founded a company in the space which developed a state-of-the-art high-efficency 3D game platform. Soon after, Justin joined an advertising agency to aid development of a system which would monitor what a small group of sites were saying about certain brands online. The highlight of this tool was an intelligent 3D data analysis application which a small team, led by Justin, developed.
While working at the agency, Justin envisioned developing a system which could collect mass amounts of conversation from the Web and analyze it on request for insight, giving a voice to millions of consumers. The agency Justin was with at the time could not budget developing this project themselves, so Justin left the agency to begin development, partnering shortly after with Adam Coomes. That idea has become Social Radar as it is today, and that agency became Infegy's first client.
Adam Coomes, President
Adam Coomes is an entrepreneur who has a passion for technology and a drive for innovation. Over the years, Adam spent much of his time studying web development and building experimental social websites. He understands the world of social media and enjoys being a part of it.
Prior to Infegy, Adam worked as the VP of Business Development for an e-commerce company which focused a lot of their efforts online and he worked to nearly double their revenue. Adam gained lots of experience working with several companies managing different aspects of business ranging from sales and support to coding and development. Because of this, Adam identifies with the world of development, but can bridge other aspects of business together to produce a great environment and a great team.
Brooks Morgan, VP Business Development
Before joining Infegy, Brooks began his career with the Provco Group in Villanova, PA working with famed entrepreneur Richard Caruso managing venture investments for a $500mm private equity & venture capital portfolio. While working for the Provco Group, Brooks vetted new venture opportunities and participated in managing the direction of portfolio companies.
After leaving the Provco Group, Brooks joined the startup team of the Angel Investment Card to launch a novel investment fund which was funded by the proceeds of credit card purchases by networks of angel investors. He then joined Infegy in the Spring of 2009 to develop growth strategies for what is now the world's most advanced social media analytics platform. Brooks received a BS in finance and entrepreneurship from the University of Kansas.
Gray Dudek, European Managing Director
Gray is a very experienced digital marketing type who has over 10 years experience has been gained working for global blue chip company Mars Incorporated, UK FTSE 100 company Capita Group, award winning UK advertising agency RBH among many others.
Prior to joining Infegy, to help launch the business across Europe, Gray was Digital Director for an agency who's clients included Land Rover, Hyundai, Aston Martin to name a few. In the past Gray has built Chinese outsourcing teams for 24/7 technology development, created white-label agency networks to support global advertising agencies and managed marketing and development budgets well in excess of €10,000,000 for FTSE 100 companies in the UK.
Nigel Bromley, European Sales & Marketing Director
Nigel began his career in sales & marketing over twenty years ago with the famous US company 3M covering markets in Europe and the UK. Stints in product management and sales led to marketing roles with Hanson and McKechnie plc companies. This led to the switch from client side to agency side working for RBH across clients as diverse as Aston Martin to TNT and from ITNET to Warwick Castle. Whilst Nigel managed the client services the agency won Client Service Agency of the Year, The Marketing Society Excellence Award for Effectiveness and over 50 creative awards.
Throughout his career Nigel has seen the communications landscape and consumer behavior continually evolve and finds the challenges this sets businesses fascinating believing that even when the methods of persuasion may change, the skills required to persuade remain the same.
Dave Reed, European Head of Consultancy
Dave is an experienced digital marketing expert who has over 10 years experience in creating, implementing and enhancing digital marketing strategies for a variety of businesses. His experience spans a number of sectors on both agency and client side including Accounting, Recruitment, Automotive, Retail and Education.
Prior to becoming Infegy EU's Head of Consultancy Dave worked at award winning UK Digital Agency RBH Engage, providing sound strategic advice delivered with honesty and passion to clients such as Land Rover, Jaguar, Westfield, Staffordshire University, Freya Lingerie and Aston Martin. With experience of client side and agency side marketing Dave appreciates the pressures of both environments and is therefore able to balance both to deliver effective solutions to any digital marketing problem.
